We are working on making our minds and bodies healthier one day at a time. Everybody has chosen one thing they would like to be their goal to work on for health and wellness and they are keeping track of their progress. We come together as a class to support each other and discuss what has been a barrier to our progress so far. In addition, every class a new topic is discussed in ways to develop healthier lifestyles. For example, we have discussed stress, sleep, drinking water, exercise, and we even had a yoga instructor come and lead us through yoga!
